About Me

My name is Emily Sauer and I am going to be graduating in May of this year. I have always had an interest in human rights and seeing how the world really works. This class and this blog allow me to challenge my views and challenge how I see the world and gives me a way to express it.  I am always open to new thoughts and I like my thoughts to be heard. Hopefully, I can get my opinions across on this blog on how I feel about the subject of race and racism in popular cultural because a lot of times we see things, but we don't really see them for what they truly are.
